  • In its original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, the fastest way is to return your original order. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
